We operate the website http://www.studoos.com (the "Site"), the mobile application Studoos (the "App"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
Studoos is a student-first platform that streamlines campus printing by connecting students with trusted print vendors near their college. Through the Studoos app and website, students can upload documents, customize print settings, pay online, and place orders with verified vendors for fast, queue-free pickup or delivery. Vendors receive real-time order notifications and manage print jobs through a dedicated dashboard. Studoos is built to simplify academic printing while supporting local print shops across campuses.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Studoos operates as a pickup-based campus print service. We do not provide traditional shipping or courier delivery services. All orders must be collected in person from our partner vendor locations.
1. PROCESSING & PICKUP TIMES
Processing Time: Vendors are required to accept and begin processing orders within 10 minutes of order placement.
Average Processing: 15–30 minutes, depending on document complexity, vendor load, and finishing requirements.
Order Status Updates: Users receive real-time notifications through the Studoos app with status updates including "In Queue", "Preparing", and "Ready for Pickup".
2. PICKUP PROCESS
Pickup Window: Orders must be collected within 2 hours of "Ready for Pickup" notification.
Pickup Code: A unique code is provided in the app that must be presented to collect orders.
Verification Required: Orders will not be released without pickup code verification under any circumstance.
Vendor Location: All orders must be collected from the selected vendor's physical location.
3. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
No Shipping: Studoos does not provide any shipping or courier delivery services.
Pickup Only: All print orders are strictly pickup-based and must be collected by users from the selected vendor's physical location.
Local Service: Available only at participating vendor locations on campus or nearby areas.
No Remote Delivery: Orders cannot be delivered to addresses or locations outside of vendor premises.
4. ORDER MANAGEMENT
Uncollected Orders: Vendors may dispose of uncollected orders after 24 hours from the "Ready" notification without any refund or reprint obligation.
Quality Assurance: Vendors are responsible for ensuring the print output matches the specifications selected by the user (e.g., number of copies, page range, duplex, color).
Technical Issues: Vendors must notify Studoos support immediately in case of failure to fulfill the order due to technical or operational issues.
Delays: Delays may occur due to high demand, vendor capacity, equipment issues, or external factors such as power failure.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
File Verification: Users are responsible for verifying the content, formatting, and quality of the files they upload. Studoos is not liable for errors in the document itself.
Error Reporting: Any order-related issues such as incorrect output or damaged prints must be reported to support@studoos.com within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
Timely Pickup: Users must collect orders within the specified 2-hour window after receiving the "Ready for Pickup" notification.
Code Presentation: Users must present the unique pickup code provided in the app to collect their order.
6. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
Studoos is not liable for losses or delays caused by vendor negligence, user delay, technical failures, or force majeure events.
Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the latest version of this policy, which may be updated from time to time and published at www.studoos.com.
